The living area is spacious and airy. The lounge/diner has an effective panel heater and there is a log-burning stove within a marble fireplace which can be used during the winter months.The television has English channels and there is a CD player.

 Patio doors lead onto a south facing balcony which overlooks the pool and restaurant and has a lovely sea view.There is a patio table and 4 chairs. A sun umbrella and seat pads are provided. There is a drying rack with plenty of pegs!

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. It has pool and sea views.

The main bedroom is spacious and has a mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage space and wooden coat hangers, a kingsize bed/2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a panel heater. There are lovely views across the hillside towards Albufeira.

The second bedroom is on a mezzanine level and has twin beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a small sitting area with a sofabed.There is hanging space with plenty of hangers.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower, vanity unit with shaving point, toilet & bidet. Hot water is constant.  

Use of the swimming pool is included and the tennis court is available at a small charge, payable locally. We have tennis racquets that guests may use

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is reached by a flight of steps.

An open tread staircase leads from the living room to the 2nd bedroom on a mezzanine level. There is no safety gate for younger children.

Smoking is not accepted in the property.
